Schedule:

Girls Varsity 4:30
Boys Varsity
Immediately following girls race.
Combined JV Immediately following boys race.
Awards: Awards will be given to the top 3 teams and the top 25 individuals in each varsity race shortly after races are over. This year, there will be an overall meet combined team champion.
Fees: $25 for entry fee per gender or $50 per school running both divisions to cover cost of awards
Course: The course is mostly flat and is 5K distance with two small hills on lap 1 and lap 2. Start and Finish are near the far corner of the track and soccer field. The course starts in the field and goes into the woods and consists of two laps in the woods and finishes by the starting line. Plenty of parking and very spectator friendly course. There is going to be a minor extra loop added due to needing to move starting line forward from what course map shows.
Timing: Timing will be done by Tri State Racer. There will be a finish line archway, and visible clock.
The meet was a great meet last year as we had 17 teams show up for this invitational. As always, the competition is very competitive, entry fee is relatively low, and the course makes for some very fast times. Concessions are being upgraded this year. T-shirts will be on a pre-order basis and prices are to be determined later. Order forms will be sent out to the coaches who register that they are attending. Please contact Coach Chris Biser at Budbiser@hotmail.com if there are any questions and to register your team.
Bus Parking: please see attached photo for locations of drop off for teams and location for where to have your buses park.
Spectators: Park anywhere along the back edge, there will be cones set up for the team drop off zone.
Restrooms: There is one porta potty that is located behind the baseball field. If athletes need to change, the college is open. The lockerrooms at the college are open for use and for restrooms for runners and public. These lockers are located on map in the building.
